Seraphine is a 5'2", slim girl with dyed pink and purple hair (originally brown, and her roots will sometimes show). She's often seen with her stage, floating around on it, and a near perpetual smile.Fashion
Seraphine wears more casual outfits that are Piltover/steampunk inspired, while her idol outfits are very sparkly and cutesy.Demeanor & Attitude
Seraphine is incredibly smart, peppy and optimistic. However, she has a hard time reading the room, and will attempt to shove positivity into a room, even if it's not quite the time or place for it. A lot of the time, she has a very hard time switching off from her idol persona.Voice
Seraphine is voiced by a few people depending on where you look. Lexie Liu and Jasmine Clarke have done songs as Seraphine's "singing" voice, while Michele Panu does her League of Legends voice lines. I will usually default to her sounding like Lexie Liu, but it won't often come up in my text, so feel free to imagine what you want.Empathy
Seraphine can "hear songs" from people's "souls" that reflect their feelings. It's an empathy of sorts, so I might occasionally ask what your character is feeling in the moment! Powers/Abilities: Seraphine has an ability to "hear" people's "souls". Which is to say that she has a version of empathy that allows her to hear the feelings of people via songs. They're songs that only she seems to be able to hear, and it's not entirely clear why this is. It's likely because she was conceived in a fairly toxic part of Zaun and this is a mutation of sorts that makes her highly attuned to one's emotional state in general.
Her stage is composed of hextech and... a consciousness that she can no longer talk to or interact with, but this "consciousness" is her stage's energy source. With it, Seraphine can essentially Uno Reverse Card her ability. She can sing what she hears from the hearts of other people and make others feel that, too. In game, this translates into her abilities:
High Note: Channeling rage, Seraphine can cause a shockwave of sorts in a small area.
Surround Sound: Channeling hope, Seraphine can magically heal and shield those within a small radius around her and fill them with courage.
Beat Drop: Channeling sorrow, Seraphine can cause enemies to feel lethargic and slow their movements.
Encore: Seraphine very briefly charms people.
For the sake of not having her be too potent with her forced empathy, I'll have it so that she's limited to just these.
Inventory: Her stage (comes with its own amps), a tech guitar, her casual outfit and her idol outfit.

Seraphine is an idol with the dream to use her ability of hearing people's "songs" and using her own voice as a medium for everyone to be heard. Seraphine rarely, if ever, sings her own songs. Instead, she just allows herself to be used as a mouthpiece of sorts to encourage others to "sing". Her goal is to bring unity among people, especially that of Zaun and Piltover.
Suppressions: Seraphine once tried to silence the "songs" she hears with a magic suppressor, as the constant chaos of music was too much for her to handle. Now, she embraces the madness and attempts to give it some sense. In this journey, though, she's lost just a bit of her own sanity. She's sort of forgotten how her own emotions are meant to work, and it's very hard to actually upset her anymore. She also has a hard time matching her mood to the room or not being insensitive about certain matters -- she's too used to just speaking her mind and just... can't not say things sometimes.
Greatest Fear: Being silenced or unable to convey other people's songs to the public.
Greatest Desire: To unify a people. Piltover/Zaun, specifically, but just people in general works, too.
Greatest Regret: She would say she hasn't had any, but she does deeply regret that her parents went through so much just to make sure she has had a "good life". She knows it must have been so hard on them. It's part of the reason why she's doing what she does. She doesn't want anyone else to have to go through the struggles they did.
